All items are custom-made and produced specifically for each customer after an order is placed. Because of this, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for reasons such as sizing, preference, or change of mind.

We strongly encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, sizing charts, and order details prior to purchasing.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue, and we will work to resolve it promptly.
